This photo shows the residence when the land and building was first purchased in Australia in 2000. I gave myself the title of Realtor in the countryside of Gifu Prefecture. It is a typical countryside where rice fields grow in front of the office. However, this realtor in a countryside has another face: overseas real estate investment that I consider as my "life work." I buy real estate in overseas countries and use my own experience to help Japanese investors with overseas investment, and occasionally participate in investment projects involving real estate.
My current coverage includes North America (U.S.), South America (Brazil), and Oceania (Australia and New Zealand). As I reflect, I go to some overseas countries once every three to four months. Sometimes, I travel for more than 30 hours to look at real estate in Brazil, South America via North America (it is tough, but I think I like it).
